X-Factor Solutions was founded by Jim Markowsky in 2007. We add value to our clients by:

- Facilitating them in the collective design of their future, based on their strengths and future potential.
- Guiding them in the creation of their future by helping them unleash their passion and collective intelligence.

This approach is a fusion of the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) process and Open Space Technology (OST). It is a
different perspective for implementing change, as it is holistic, engages all levels of the organization, focuses on
proliferating the organization's (or team's) strengths, encourages innovation, and is an invigorating journey versus a
frustrating exercise of trying to fix all of an organization’s problems. We are also certified change management
practitioners in the Prosci Methodology and integrate several of their tools and best practices into our change
implementations.
